Parade Sponsors
The Krewe and its many activities would not be possible without the generous contributions of our various sponsors. Below you'll find the most common categories in which we receive donations.
Presenting Sponsor
This level names your company, individual, or organization as the official sponsor of the parade and your name will prominently be displayed as such. For example, "The Tenth Annual Krewe of Okeanos Mardi Gras Parade presented by (Name of Company)." You will also receive Royal Circle sponsorship status and privileges.
Band Sponsorships
Band Sponsors also receive Founder's Circle recognition. There are two options for Band Sponsors: Sponsor a Professional Brass Band and have your name on the band's banner in the parade. Sponsor a School Band and have your company's name attached to grants given to the school to provide instruments for band members who may not be able to afford them. Your name will also be displayed on the band's banner in the parade.
Poster Sponsorship
This sponsorship commissions the official Mardi Gras Poster for 2023 and helps to support a local artist. The 2022 poster was designed and executed by artist Christopher Barnett. Morgan Haberle Egan was the 2021 poster artist, and the 2020 poster was by J. Rene Perez. The Sponsor's name will be included on all press releases about the poster. They will also be listed as a member of the Founder's Circle.
Parade Sign Sponsorship
This sponsorship would have their business name and logo displayed on all signs lining the parade route. They will also be listed as a member of the Founder's Circle.
Yardi Gras Sponsorship
This sponsorship supports our second consecutive Yardi Gras Competition where individuals and businesses decorate their homes and stores in festive Mardi Gras décor. The Sponsor's name will be included on all press releases about Yardi Gras. They will also be listed as a member of the Founder's Circle.
The Royal Circle Sponsor
Royal Circle Sponsorships receive four memberships in the Krewe of Okeanos. These memberships include exclusive invitations to the Twelfth Night Ball and the Mardi Gras Jazz Brunch.
These Sponsors also receive the most prominent name and logo placement on all printed materials related to the event and in all press releases and videos produced by the Krewe.
They also receive acknowledgement on all social media platforms including logo placement on the Krewe of Okeanos website event page for the year of sponsorship as well as name and logo recognition on event banners.
The Captain's Circle Sponsor
The Captain's Circle Sponsorships receive two memberships in the Krewe of Okeanos. These memberships include exclusive invitations to the Twelfth Night Ball and the Mardi Gras Jazz Brunch.
These Sponsors receive prominent name and logo placement on all printed material related to the event and in all press releases and videos produced by the Krewe.
Captain's Circle Sponsors receive name and logo recognition on event banners.
The Founder's Circle Sponsor
Founder's Circle Sponsors receive name recognition in all press releases related to the event, recognition on social media platforms, and acknowledgement in videos produced by the Krewe for the event.
The Founder's Circle receive name and logo recognition on event banners.
The Patron's Circle Sponsor
Patrons receive name and logo recognition on banners.
In-Kind Donations
In-Kind Donors are a vital part of the production of the 10th Annual Krewe of Okeanos Mardi Gras Parade. Examples include gift cards, goods, services, or materials used for the parade. Please contact the sponsorship committee for more information on how you can contribute.
